Noa Yafe makes photographs into “things”, literally. She creates dioramas that look like photos on display, reflecting, in the most poignant way, on the possibility of an image to appear. Yafe’s work compels us to question how images are made and invites us to explore new ways of seeing. Her artworks have been exhibited at Kunstraum Kreuzberg/Bethanien, the Israel Museum, the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, Museum für Kunst und Gewerbe, and the Herzliya Museum of Contemporary Art, among other institutions.
