Sigalit Landau is one of the most celebrated and internationally renowned Israeli artists working today. She works with installation, video, photography, and sculpture. Many of her works are inspired by the Dead Sea, and she is known for her series of glittering salt-encrusted sculptures, one of which is “Eternal Return”. Landau represented Israel twice at the Venice Biennale, and her work has been exhibited globally in museums and leading venues including the MoMA, the Brooklyn Museum of Art, MAGASIN III, Yokohama Triennale, Japan, KW Institute for Contemporary Art, Documenta X, Kassel, and MACBA, among other institutions.
